lack of commitment

I see that there is a lack of commitment in the tournaments hosted in this site. For two times, I asked for email my opponents to play in the tourney and they simply didn't answer. I think that, if you are part of a tournament, you need to have commitment. And if we want to make this site big, we have to have real tournaments, not tournaments where no one plays in fact.

I think that people don't seem to "get" what the site is about. They sign up for an account, then register for a tournament and then "forget" about it, maybe thinking that it's an immediate start kind of thing.

I've been struggling with this idea for a few months, and am completely open to ideas on how to communicate the idea of the site better.

I've made a few changes that I think will help.

    1. Added a signup confirmation email explaining how the tournament works, with an option to unregister for the tournament if they are unwilling to play in it.
    2. Added more descriptive text on the round pairing email explaining that they need to contact their opponent in order to continue the tournament.

Hopefully this will help a little bit.

Looks like there's some errors when you are trying to upload a deck with a sideboard. Let me fix them up...
